When my sister and I were young my mum and dad took us to the pantomime every Boxing Day. It was a bit of a tradition and I loved going to the theatre, sitting in those lovely big seats and laughing at whoever played the Dame that year. Since I've been with Mr H, it's not really something we've done and as yet the children aren't quite old enough to get the jokes or sit still long enough, so it will probably be another year or two before we give it a try.
So when we were offered tickets for the latest show at The Lowry, Peter Pan Goes Wrong, we had to decline. However instead I am able to offer our tickets out to you, my lovely readers! The show is a hilarious new spin on a family favourite, presented by The Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society it tells the story of J.M. Barrie’s classic tale of Peter Pan but everything that can go wrong…does, as the accident prone thesps embark on a thrilling adventure to Neverland, with hilariously disastrous results. Terrific fun for all ages!
If you want to see the show I have tickets for a family of four to giveaway on the blog for the 7pm show on Wednesday December 17th. Simply follow the Rafflecopter below to enter.
